1. Smoking is banned in most indoor and outdoor public spaces

The Philippines has one of Asia's strictest smoking laws (Republic Act 11709). Smoking is banned in all public indoor spaces, vehicles, workplaces, and many outdoor areas. Designated smoking zones exist in some places.

2. Vaping and e-cigarette importation is banned

Importing vaping products and e-cigarettes into the Philippines was banned under Executive Order 26 (2017). Customs may confiscate these on arrival.
